Kimberly helped me with an estate sale. The house needed to be renovated before selling. She quickly presented comparable houses to help with pricing and arranged for a contractor to give a quote and start the renovations. I was managing from out of state so this was incredibly helpful. We quickly found a seller willing to pay the asking price and got the estate moving forward faster than we could have expected. Kimberly is a nice person who cares about what she does and the people involved. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Kim went the extra mile and really explained everything step by step, even if it wasn't her job.
